Nice big rooms, well equipped, staff super friendly, on site food options many and good. Highly recommend.

Location, breakfast

We reserved a king suite and was given a two full size beds and there were no more kings left. We ended up leaving to go somewhere with a king bed. Very disappointed having to find a hotel at midnight.

The staff here are exceptional, and the location is fantastic next to a park with plenty of parking available. The rooms are modern and clean, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak, and the bedroom has a TV for entertainment. 🛁

How tv / cable was set up . No directions on usage . Hard time figuring remote out . And being charged for local calls .

Nice place. Only problem was too many people so you had to sign up to use the pool!

Nothing everthing was perfect

I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton Albuquerque and would recommend it to others. The staff were respectful and the views of downtown were marvelous. The location was convenient, with the airport just 0.5 miles away. My room was brand new and equipped with a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, as well as a comfortable seating area. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was spacious. The service was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the great pool. Additionally, the property offered wifi throughout.

The front desk personnel was not accommodating and I had to request to speak to a manager. In addition, the front desk staff person had a cold and kept sniffing and making me feel like he should not have been at work and spreading germs.

Don't allow people that are sick to be at front desk.

I felt the rooms were very outdated. The room could have been clean but the drapes were heavy and looked like they would hold dust. The rug was very dirty feeling..even maybe it had just been cleaned but it was old and looked like it could be dirty

An appealing hotel with fabulously helpful employees at the reception desk. Huge & reasonably large room, with central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. Location close to fountain close to bar, park in the nearly vacant parking lot and downtown area.

breakfast was excellent, breakfast staff were exceptional.

TV movies were too complicated to access.
